Personalized Pieces

All of our jewelry is made to order. Adjustable chain lengths are standard but can be customized to fit any requirement. The standard form of engraving is antique script monogram done by hand by trained artisans. We do not engrave by machine. Block letter engraving is also available upon request.

Precious Metal and Gemstones

We use 14-karat white, green, or pink gold. Green gold is a deep and rich cast of yellow gold. Our diamond pieces use the highest quality white or black diamonds. Diamonds are not available for our sterling silver collections.

Repairs

Kacey K will repair up to 30 days free of charge. Repairs needed after 30 days will start at $25.00 and up, depending on the piece and nature of repair. Each individual piece will be assessed. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for repairs and maintenance.

If you should experience the need for a repair please contact us at orders@kaceyk.com. Please provide us with your Name, Address, Invoice Number, and Repair Concern.

Payment

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All credit card information will be taken via our secure Internet server. Full payment is required before any orders can be processed. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within New York (8.38%) and New Jersey (7.0%). Any orders shipped out side of these states will not be charged sales tax.

Pricing

Due to the recent fluctuations in commodity prices we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We will always do our best to keep to our published pricing up to date and accurate.

Second Day Shipping: $20.00
Next Day Shipping: $35.00

Return policy

All special orders and custom made pieces are final sale. Unworn, unaltered jewelry may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please email orders@kaceyk.com for a return request. Please provide your Name, Address, Invoice Number, and Reason for return. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns purchased from anywhere other than directly from Kacey K.
